We help you deploy a Coding Summer Camp alongside summer school or as a stand alone camp.
Any Classroom with a Monitor, smartboard, or projector is perfect. You can also use computer labs, however, they don't usually have enough space for off-screen activities.
For Robotics we recommend rooms with tiled flooring or counter space or a room with benches as opposed to individual seats. Also, a monitor for displaying is always needed.
We train and coach High Achieving Seniors in HS and College Students to take a job in the summer as a kid's mentor and instructor. We have been doing this successfully for 6 years and we have refined our training to meet the needs of our instructors so that they deliver a quality experience for campers while having a memorable summer job.
The budget is entirely flexible and suited to meet your funding criteria. Keep in mind that your school provides classroom space and computers, transportation, and support personnel to oversee the success of the program. You can hire us using your funding and we can help get your project up and running. Just reach out to us to get us in on the conversation early in order to make it a success!
Of course! Our aim is to provide you with all of the information and a budget, meet with your decision-making staff and support your project staff in order to run a successful summer camp at your school(s). No job is too large. While we may not accept every job, we recommend that you start conversations early about your summer camp plans in order to make it a success!
For the first time in 2022, we will offer our training for your own recruits so that they work for you and run your coding camp. Note this is evaluated on a case by base basis and you must be a non-for-profit entity. Reach out to us below to start a conversation about your camp.
We have been teaching summer camp and after school programs at over 75 schools and libraries. While we may have a program that suits your needs the way we have been doing it, you may also suggest topics or subjects or have specific learning objectives for your program. It is important to discuss your program details early so that we can make it a success at your school.
